1. Experience of 7+ Years

2. Should have hands-on Experience in Java 8 or 11. Strong fundamentals with work experience

3. Must have Multithreading concepts and experience

4. Should be able to do onshore -offshore co-ordination and accountable for the onsite team handling

5. Must have Spring boot / Spring MVC experience

6. Experienced in developing high throughput, high performance and zero downtime systems.

7. Experience in performance tuning of the applications including Java Virtual Machine (JVM) tuning, memory profiling, deadlocks and heap analysis
